FUN Red Oxide Soap Colorant

For soaps that have a dark, earthy red tone, our red oxide FUN Soap Colorant makes a great addition to your soap making supplies. This red soap colorant is stable and non-bleeding, containing no chemical additives or carmine. It performs well in high pH environments and will not morph during the saponification process. It's safe for use on lips, but since it is dispersed in vegetable glycerin, it will not mix in oil-based lip balm or lip gloss. The pigment is dispersed in vegetable glycerin to help prevent clumping later on, and the two may separate in the bottle when you receive the product. If this happens, just give it a good shake before use. No returns on soap colorants.
